School is out and summer weather is here! I have been adding a lot of new books for teens and pre-teens. Several of them came from yard sales and some from the sale shelves at Tulsa's public libraries. To see what the Library has for kids, click the FIND BOOKS link (at right) to go to Library Thing. Then type in youth fiction in the search box. Use any key word to see what the Library has for any topic. Any call number beginning with "y" indicates a book for children or young adults. Keep in mind only a small number of our books are listed online.
We have some new shelving, too. We owe a big THANKS to the Okmulgee City Library for their recent donation of several paperback book racks and a display case. Also, thanks to the guys who loaded it all into trucks and unloaded it into the Morris Library: Ken Morris (Lion), Roger Morris, and Edward Bommer.
